Our Cancellation Policy
Chiropractic for Babies and Children is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. Our time is valuable and so is yours and we understand that sometimes unforeseeable events make it necessary to change appointment times. When a client cancels or reschedules without providing enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
You will receive an email reminder 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please call us on (03) 9039 2143 by 10am on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify reception of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00pm on Friday. If notification is received after these times you will be charged a full fee for the missed appointment. Text messages will not be accepted as a means of communication for rescheduling and cancellation.
New patient appointments run for 1 full hour and failure to attend without prior notification also significantly impacts on clients waiting to be seen. A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking. (Reception will contact you). This fee is fully 100% refundable and will be deducted from the initial consult fee. Should you need to reschedule or cancel that is okay, however please notify us within the designated cancellation policy times and the fee will be fully refunded.
